Install instructions
pc one:
1. extract the zip
2. go in the folder and launch "SonicLauncher.exe"
3. change your controls and enjoy it
mobile one:
1. extract it
2. put the obb folder ("com.sega.sonic4.ep1" or whatever it was called) on android/obb and there because if you dont do that step and launch the apk instead it will give you an error about the obb file
3. launch the apk after you put the obb folder in there and there
